1. Subscription Plans
Free Plan
Our Free Plan includes limited access to the platform. No payment is required, and no cancellation is necessary.
Monthly Plan
Billed monthly and offers full access to all premium features.
Yearly Plan
Billed annually at a discounted rate with access to all premium features.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Currently, the platform does not provide an automatic cancellation option within the user dashboard.
- To cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription, you must send an email to our support team at:
- Please include your registered email address and reason for cancellation.
- Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for paid subscription plans.
Eligibility:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.
- Applies only to first-time purchases of the Monthly or Yearly plan.
- The request must include a valid reason for dissatisfaction with the platform.
Non-Refundable:
- Subscription renewals (Monthly or Yearly).
- Any service purchased beyond the 7-day period.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
